Energy consumption monitoring and analysis method of clean air conditioning systems in pharmaceutical factories

Taking a pharmaceutical factory as an example, studies the methods of on-the-spot monitoring and statistical analysis of energy consumption of the air conditioning units and refrigeration stations in the clean air conditioning system of pharmaceutical factory. Presents the energy consumption monitoring method of the air conditioning system in detail from four aspects of test principles, instruments, test point setting and data acquisition. Combined with the actual project, on the basis of presenting the content of energy consumption monitoring, proposes the analysis method of air conditioning unit cold consumption, heat consumption and fan power consumption. Through the discussion of energy consumption monitoring methods of chillers, chilled water pumps, cooling water pumps and cooling towers in refrigeration station, gives the statistical analysis method of energy consumption. Summarizes a set of effective field test and data analysis methods for energy consumption of clean air conditioning systems in the pharmaceutical factory.
